Cooked in a garlic PERi-PERi sauce, these prawns are so delicious, make sure you’re hungry!

1kg Large King or Queen Prawns, de-veined but not peeled
30g Crushed garlic
¼ Cup (60ml) Nando’s PERi-PERi Sauce
Juice of 2 -3 lemons
Heat butter and garlic in a skillet or heavy-based frying pan.
Add prawns, and fry for 5 minutes, until the colour has turned coral.
Add Nando’s PERi-PERi and stir through to coat the prawns with sauce.
Squeeze the lemon over the prawns and serve immediately with rice or crusty bread.
