- 1kg Large King or Queen Prawns, de-veined but not peeled
- 60g Butter
- 30g Crushed garlic
- ¼ Cup (60ml) Nando’s PERi-PERi Sauce
- Juice of 2 -3 lemons
- Heat butter and garlic in a skillet or heavy-based frying pan.
- Add prawns, and fry for 5 minutes, until the colour has turned coral.
- Add Nando’s PERi-PERi and stir through to coat the prawns with sauce.
- Squeeze the lemon over the prawns and serve immediately with rice or crusty bread.
