This classic dip or spread with a delicious PERi-PERi twist for extra flavour is a winner at parties, as a dip with crudité veggies or simply spread onto bread.
Blend the drained chickpeas and extra virgin olive oil. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and season to taste with salt.
